Ojinaga, Mexico - Just across the bridge from Presidio. Ojinaga and Presidio were once the same city, until the river that ran through town was made into an intenational border. The most unspoiled border town in existence - it is just like being in the interior of Mexico.

Big Bend National Park - The largest National park in the US - visited by 350,000 tourists a year - spectacular scenery - hiking, mountain biking, bird watching on over 800,000 acres of incredible desert majesty.

Peguis Canyon - Just twenty five miles from Ojinaga, this is far and away the most spectacular sight in the entire Big Bend region.

Big Bend Ranch State Park - The largest component of the Texas Parks and Wildlife system, at more than 265,000 acres, the Big Bend Ranch exceeds the size of all other Texas state parks combined.

River rafting - The Rio Grande, or El Rio Bravo del Norte, borders Big Bend National Park for 118 miles. River rafting is one of the most popular venues in the area. It's fun - it's exciting - it's spectacular - and it's something you must do when you come to region!

Copper Canyon -  is really a series of canyons which drain the western side of the Sierra Tarahumara. The entire Copper Canyon region comprises almost a third of the state of Chihuahua, which is Mexico's largest state. The principal canyon is Urique Canyon, which is the one which is traversed by the Chihuahua al Pacifico Railroad.
